Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
– “We”, “us” and “our” refer to Curavo Cleaning Limited (Company No. 16896831).
– “Customer” refers to the person or organisation purchasing cleaning services.
– “Services” means the cleaning and associated services we provide.

2. Services
We provide domestic and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to refuse any task we consider unsafe, inappropriate or outside the agreed scope of work.

3. Booking & Deposit
A service is booked when the customer completes an online booking or quote request and we confirm availability. A deposit may be required to secure the booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled service.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are stated on our website or in written quotations. Unless otherwise specified, payment of the balance (after deposit) is due upon completion of the service. We accept payment by debit/credit card and bank transfer. Interest may be charged on overdue invoices at 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule or cancel bookings free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit to cover administrative and scheduling costs. We reserve the right to reschedule bookings if circumstances beyond our control arise (e.g. illness, extreme weather).

6. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. They must ensure that the environment is free of hazards and inform us of any special requirements, pets, alarms or access arrangements. Valuables and fragile items should be stored safely; we are not responsible for damage to unsecured items.

7. Service Limitations
Our staff will not: clean hazardous materials (e.g. bodily fluids, mould beyond normal cleaning, asbestos), move heavy furniture, clean exterior windows above ground floor without appropriate equipment, or perform tasks not previously agreed.

8. Re-Clean Guarantee & Complaints
If the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of cleaning, they must notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange a re-clean of the area in question at no additional cost. Complaints raised after 24 hours may not qualify for a re-clean.

9. Liability
We carry public liability insurance. Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the service provided, unless injury or damage results from our negligence. We accept no liability for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items of sentimental value.

10. Access & Keys
If keys are provided, we will keep them secure and use them only for the purpose of providing services. We accept no liability for lost keys unless resulting from our negligence. If our staff are unable to gain access due to incorrect keys or being locked out, a call-out fee may be charged.

11. Health & Safety
Our staff follow safe working practices. Customers must inform us of any health and safety risks within the property. We reserve the right to leave the premises if we believe working conditions are unsafe.

12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, war, strike or other industrial dispute, civil commotion, pandemic or government restrictions.

13. Variation
We may vary these Terms & Conditions at any time and will publish updates on our website. Customers should check the latest version before booking.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
